Be a sport and join in IWD 2013

Sporting partners are signing up fast to join in our Sporting Celebration of International Women’s Day in Swansea.

Our aim is simple – to raise the profile of Women’s Sports, Health and Fitness and demonstrate that fitness and a healthy lifestyle can be achieved by all.

Our inaugural event on 8th March 2012 brought sporting partners together offering a range of free activities including introductory classes; taster sessions; trial memberships; dietary advice; health and fitness checks. Our partners also brought trained staff, demonstrations and promotional offers into the City Centre to further showcase the variety of activities available in the Swansea area.

This year our sporting partners are hosting in house activities on International Women’s Day, Friday 8th March and many will also be joining us in Swansea City Centre on Saturday 9th March for our “Sport in the City” activities.

We know the more Sporting Partners we can involve on March 8th, the more visibility the event will gain. There’s NO COST to take part if you want to be included as a Sporting Partner in the day – just tell us what you’re offering and we’ll spread the word.

So go on – be a sport and join in!
